Currently procrastinating due to pain issues. Onset day. Just want to stay in fetal position. Made plans and gave my word to dad's sis that "I'd be there" at the juried craft show she's at this weekend. Starts at 10 (current time: 10:26) and runs until 4. I have time. It's only about a half hour's drive from here (roughly). But I'm in pain.
Popped a Frova as I've got that pre-migraine tingle, and since I'll be driving (and now on that new, doubled dose of the bp Rx, I don't want to drive too far from home with a buzz). Interesting aside: The Frova while it helps my menses related migraines, it ends up jacking my bp up. There's always a trade off. Blargh.
Hoping a hot shower will humanize me and I can tough it out a bit. Really tired of making plans, and then end up being an unreliable flake because pain sidelines me.
