Saw my gynecologist last week for my annual exam. In passing he asked if there was anything else cooking, and I mentioned the RLQ pain. He ordered an abdominal CAT with contrast, to rule out chronic appendicitis. Pain is near McBurney's Point, so it's plausible. It's plausible it could be a kidney cyst or stone, too (especially given I've had blood in my urine). Could be something with my cecum, too. Not outlandish to think something's up with my gut flora.
Hurry up and wait.
