Weight Loss Chronicles: 2 years and 8 months post-op

I have not lost one single pound since January 2012. Devastating when you think of it. It's not for lack of trying (well, other than I am not in a regular excercise routine), as I am pretty diligent about packing my feed bag for work, and staying compliant with my protein intake, supplements, and adhering rigidly to the 30 minute wait time after eating solids before transitioning back to liquids. Perhaps this is the cortisol talking. Perhaps. I'm hoping that the melatonin supplement I'm taking will get me back on the right track. Get me in a good sleep habit, and break my habit of pulling all nighters, being up until 2 or 3 a.m., and of course having 1-2 more feeds in the process. Hopefully more sleep (and more restful sleep) will = less calories consumed and = more weight lost. Well, you know what Ben Franklin says about people who hope, right? (they die farting.)
